Review Overview

While some were not fans of the first season of What If…?, we were fans and was eagerly waiting the sequel season. The new season explores the multiverse but revisits some of the classic moments from the Marvel Cinematic Universe that we all know and love. With an outstanding voice cast and improved animation, the show takes us on a ride that is both thrilling and emotional.

The sophomore season of What If…? focuses more on individual stories compared to the overarching narrative of season one. This approach allows the writers to dive deeper into certain characters and explore their backstories. The show’s ability to take a different path from the usual storylines makes it stand out from other shows in the superhero genre.

The voice acting in this season is top-notch, with several actors returning to reprise their iconic roles. There are other notable performances from actors like Seth Green, Jude Law, and Lake Bell, who all bring their A-game to the table. The animation has also improved significantly from the first season, making the show more visually engaging.

The second season of What If…? is a must-watch for Marvel fans and an improvement on a debut season which was already highly rated in our books. It is a great addition to the MCU, with improved animation and voice acting. The show’s ability to create emotional moments and dive deeper into characters’ backstories makes it stand out from other shows in the universe. The second season takes risks and explores new territory, setting the bar high for future seasons.

What If…? Season 2 is available to stream on Disney+ now!
