After a number of delays, Marvel Studios’ Ironheart is set to hit Disney+ this June 24, 2025.
Following the events of the film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, MIT student Riri Williams returns home to Chicago where she becomes entangled with the enigmatic Parker Robbins / The Hood, discovering secrets that pit technology against magic and setting her on a path of danger and adventure.
The television miniseries created by Chinaka Hodge based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Dominique Thorne reprises her role as Riri Williams / Ironheart from Wakanda Forever, starring alongside Anthony Ramos as Parker Robbins / The Hood, Lyric Ross as Natalie Washington, Alden Ehrenreich as Joe McGillicuddy, Regan Aliyah, Manny Montana, Matthew Elam, and Anji White.
Created by writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mike Deodato, Riri Williams first appeared in a cameo in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 3 #7 (May 2016). Her first full appearance came in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 3 #9 (July 2016) and first appeared as Ironheart in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 4 #3 (January 2017).
Ironheart is the 14th series in the MCU and is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ on June 24, 2025 with the first three episodes of the six-episode miniseries. It will be the final series in Phase Five of the MCU.
