Chabon is an Eisner Award-nominated comic book and graphic novel editor with a master’s degree in book publishing from Portland State University and a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. Daniel started at Dark Horse in 2009 as Assistant Editor and was promoted to Senior Editor in 2019.


In his many years at Dark Horse, Daniel has brought a stellar collection of titles and creators to the company—including work from Neil Gaiman, Jeff Lemire, Matt Kindt, Margaret Atwood, Dave McKean, William Gibson, James Stokoe, and a host of others. Titles include Black Hammer, Umbrella Academy, and Cullen Bunn‘s Harrow County.


More recently Daniel has served as editor of comics such as Minor Threats, Where Monsters Lie, Blue Book, Hairball, The Great British Bump-off, Masters of the Universe: Masterverse, Shock Shop, Survival Street, and much more!
