Marvel Studios and Disney+ kick-off the spooky season a little early this year with Agatha All Along nine-episode miniseries hitting the streaming service this September.
After being trapped in the town of Westview, New Jersey at the end of WandaVision, the witch Agatha Harkness escapes with the help of a goth teen who wishes to face the trials of the legendary Witches’ Road. Without her magical powers, Agatha and the teen form a new coven of witches with which to face the trials.
Agatha All Along was created by Jac Schaeffer for Disney+, based on the Marvel Comics character Agatha Harkness created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. A spin-off from the series WandaVision, it is the 11th television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe sharing continuity with the films of the franchise and is slotted in Phase Five of the MCU. Schaeffer also serves as showrunner and lead director.
Kathryn Hahn reprises her role as Agatha Harkness from WandaVision. Agatha All Along also stars Joe Locke as Teen, Sasheer Zamata as Jennifer Kale, Ali Ahn as Alice Wu-Gulliver, Aubrey Plaza as Rio Vidal, Patti LuPone as Lilia Calderu, and Debra Jo Rupp as Sharon Davis along with Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, and Okwui Okpokwasili.
The first two episodes of Agatha All Along land on Disney+ on September 18, 2024 from Marvel Studios with the remaining seven episodes dropping weekly through November 6, 2024.
