After a hit debut from Cullen Bunn (Harrow County, The Last Book You’ll Ever Read) and artist Sally Cantirino (I Walk With Monsters, Human Remains), Door to Door Night By Night‘s second issue hits shelves at your local comic shop on Wednesday, December 28.
Fred and the rest of “the best damned door-to-door sales team” have always had a knack for getting into trouble, but now that they’ve witnessed supernatural forces first-hand, they can’t help but spot monsters, ghosts, and foul ne’er-do-wells wherever they go. Case in point, they’ve stumbled upon an infestation of otherworldly goblins in Hopkinsville, who are driving the townsfolk to murder! And when the team can’t trust their own eyes, how will they face the minions of evil?
Like the first issue, Cantrino’s style of artwork continues to help facilitate this horror comic book which shouldn’t be taken too seriously, but has a story to tell. The art gives horror vibes without leaning on the dark and dreary. Solid colors from Dee Cunniffe just adds to the stunning work from Cantirino.
In a world full of new horror comics, Bunn and Cantirino set themselves apart with the Vault Comics’ series Door to Door Night By Night. A unique story in a sales world not typically seen in the pages of a comic book.
Pick-up Door To Door Night By Night #2 on December 28 and be sure to let your comic book shop to get you a copy of the third issue coming in 2023.
Be sure to subscribe to the Capes and Tights Podcast as Bunn will join the show to discuss Door To Door Night By Night in early 2023.
