Boom! Studios revealed today a first look at The Approach #2, the second issue of a turbulent new horror series from writers Jeremy Haun (The Red Mother, The Beauty) and Jason A. Hurley (The Beauty) artists Jesús Hervás (The Empty Man) and Lea Caballero (Magic: The Hidden Planeswalker), colorist Brett Weldele, and letterer Ed Dukeshire, about a missing plane that mysteriously reappears after two decades and brings with it a sinister storm that’s much more than it seems.
The terrifying creature from the lost flight suddenly reappears… making meals of the helpless passengers! Mac, Abi, and the remaining airport crew feel helpless to stop its predatory rampage. But with the blizzard continuing to rage and the creature taking up residence inside, how will the stranded people survive?
The Approach #2 features main cover art by series creator Haun, and variant covers by acclaimed illustrators Francesco Francavilla (R.L. Stine’s Stuff of Nightmares), Megan Hutchison-Cates (The Nice House on the Lake), and Adam Gorham (The Blue Flame).
Print copies of The Approach #2 will be available for sale on November 30, 2022 exclusively at local comic book shops or at the Boom! Studios webstore. Digital copies can be purchased from content providers, including comiXology, iBooks, Google Play, and Kindle.
