Along his travels, he encounters various challenges and battles, but also learns invaluable lessons in the process. We get to see a side of Michelangelo that we have never seen before – one who is determined and focused on his mission.
The artwork by Bishop and Gallant is stunningly detailed, vibrant, and dynamic; it helps bring out the emotion of every scene in breathtaking detail! Additionally, colorist Delgado does an amazing job of adding depth to each page through his use of vivid colors that bring life to the pages.
The writing by TMNT co-creator Eastman and Waltz captures the spirit of these an iconic character perfectly while introducing the world to four new turtles: Moja, Odyn, Uno, and Yi. The plot is full of surprises as readers uncover more about Michelangelo’s past while also witnessing how he changes over time due to his experiences throughout his journey. It’s truly an emotional adventure you won’t want to miss!
