Each week I head to Galactic Comics and Collectibles in Bangor, Maine to grab my comic selection. The pull list this week features a number of books, but most excited for Impact Winter #1 from Image Comics.
It’s been one year since a comet hit Earth and blotted out the sun. Now, the world is a dark, cold landscape ruled by vampires.
In the British countryside, a band of survivors has formed a resistance in the fallout shelter of a medieval castle. Among them is Darcy, a young, headstrong fighter waiting for the chance to prove she can be on the front lines. But when that opportunity comes, Darcy will come face to face with the true horrors of this new world.
Impact Winter #1 is a prequel to the hit Audible Original with the same name written by Travis Beacham (Pacific Rim, Carnival Row), art by Stephen Green (Hellboy and the BPRD), colors by Matt Hollingsworth (Batman: White Knight, Little Bird), and lettered by AndWorld Design.

What is a Pull List?
A pull list is an agreement for reservation of particular comic books each week/month between a customer and the retailer. It’s a helpful system as it creates a means for all comics you read regularly to be reserved so you will not miss out on any issues.
