Seth Rogen has assembled his incredible dream team! At the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, he revealed an all-star voice cast for his Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem CG-animated feature film – a project that could easily become one of this year’s biggest blockbusters.
The turtles will play voiced by Micah Abbey (Donatello), Shamon Brown Jr. (Michelangelo), Nicolas Cantu (Leonardo) and Brady Noon (Raphael) while Jackie Chan will voice Splinter. Rogen himself will star as Bebop and John Cena will play Bebop’s pal Rocksteady.
Other voices added to the star-studded TMNT: Mutant Mayhem roster of talent include Hannibal Buress as Genghis Frog, Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, Ice Cube as Superfly, Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman, Post Malone as Ray Fillet, Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko and Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom.
The Turtle brothers set out on an epic quest to win the admiration of New Yorkers, and in their daring mission they make a powerful ally: April O’Neil. Little do they know that nothing could have prepared them for when their bravery leads them head-first into battle against a sinister crime syndicate with its own mutant army!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem drops on August 4 with Jeff Rowe (The Mitchells vs. the Machines) directing a screenplay by Brendan O’Brien (Neighbors) based on by characters by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver serve as producers.
