The epic conclusion to the Sony’s Spider-Man Universe Venom series hits theaters in the form of Venom: The Last Dance on October 25, 2024.
Eddie and Venom are on the run. Hunted by both of their worlds and with the net closing in, the duo are forced into a devastating decision that will bring the curtains down on Venom and Eddie’s last dance.
Venom: The Last Dance was written and directed by Kelly Marcel. Tom Hardy stars as Eddie Brock / Venom alongside Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Peggy Lu, Alanna Ubach, and Stephen Graham. Clark Backo will also appear, while Cristo Fernández appears as a bartender, reprising his role from Spider-Man: No Way Home’s post-credit scene.
While no casting has been announced, we are expected to see Knull in this film. Knull is the creator of the creator of all symbiotes and one of Marvel’s most notable and powerful supervillains. The character was created for comics by writer Donny Cates and artist Ryan Stegman, first appearing in Venom #3 (August 2018). Knull’s popularity grew a bit during Marvel’s King in Black story arc in 2020.
The film is the sequel to Venom (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021) as well as the fifth movie in the Sony’s Spider-Man Universe which also include Morbius and Madame Web.
Venom: The Last Dance hits theaters on October 25, 2024.
