We watched our fair share of films in 2022, some were outstanding, others did not live up to the hype and just turned out to be disappointing movies.
This list consists of movies we thought could have potential of being great films, but ended up disappointing us. Now, we definitely watched a few horrible movies that did not make this list because we had anticipated the films turning out awful.
9. Thor: Love and Thunder
Thor: Love and Thunder finds Thor on a journey unlike anything he’s ever faced — a quest for inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic killer known as Gorr the God Butcher, who seeks the extinction of the gods. To combat the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie, Korg and ex-girlfriend Jane Foster, who — to Thor’s surprise — inexplicably wields his magical hammer, Mjolnir, as the Mighty Thor. Together, they embark upon a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the mystery of the God Butcher’s vengeance and stop him before it’s too late.
After the massive success of Taika Waititi‘s Thor: Ragnarok we had astonishing hopes for Thor: Love and Thunder. However, it seems Waititi was trying to hard with the followup film and it missed the mark.
