WHAT IS FREE COMIC BOOK DAY?
As the name implies, FCBD is a single day when participating comic book specialty shops across North America and around the world give away comic books absolutely at no cost to anyone who comes into their shops. FCBD is traditionally held the first Saturday in May each year. However, in 2021, the event has been pushed to August in the hopes that much of the disruption related to COVID-19 will be behind us. As such, FCBD 2021 will took place on Saturday, August 14!
