Cormack has a real talent for creating dark and eerie scenes that perfectly capture the horror elements of the story. His attention to detail in the car chase and crashing scenes is impressive and undoubtedly adds an edge to the story. The art, coupled with the gripping storyline, keeps readers on the edge of their seats throughout the comic.
Rich Douek (Road of Bones, Sea of Sorrows) has crafted a thrilling plot that is both engaging and suspenseful. Another aspect that stands out in Drive Like Hell #1 is the pacing. However, the highlight really is Cormack’s artwork…let’s be honest. Drive Like Hell is definitely another outstanding showing from the duo of Douek and Cormack.
