Must Watch: These five films are the movies you need to watch to get a full understanding of what might take place in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Of course they films include Scott Lang's introduction and progression over the past few years.
Should Watch: The universe is set to get really weird in the fifth phase of the MCU and to understand a bit of the beginning of the multiverse, the following films will get you caught up.
Extra Credit: Now the following films aren't required to get your tickets to Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, but they for sure will help get you ready for the future including the villain Kang The Conquerer and the stakes on the line.
Must Watch // Ant-Man and the Wasp
Scott Lang is grappling with the consequences of his choices as both a superhero and a father. Approached by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym, Lang must once again don the Ant-Man suit and fight alongside the Wasp. The urgent mission soon leads to secret revelations from the past as the dynamic duo finds itself in an epic battle against a powerful new enemy.
Like Ant-Man, the 2018 sequel is a absolute must watch if you don’t get a chance to view the rest of this list.
