In addition to the big two of Marvel and DC, there are hundreds more comic book publishers printing comics these days. However, a few stand above the rest.
We took the time to look at books from 2022 and which publisher was putting out the best lineup of comics. Here is our five favorite with an honorable mention.
4. Aftershock
Launched in April 2015, AfterShock Comics is a comic book company that combines the creative edge of an independent comic book publisher with the strengths and experience of a traditional powerhouse. The creative revolution starts here!
A surprise to us this year was the books AfterShock was putting out including The ’06 Protocol, The Naughty List, Where Starships Go To Die, There’s Something Wrong with Patrick Todd, Astronaut Down, A Calculated Man, and more.
The ’06 Protocol, Where Starships Go To Die, There’s Something Wrong with Patrick Todd, Astronaut Down, and A Calculated Man continue in early 2023. We are excited for Bulls of Beacon Hill #1 and All Night & Every Day #1 coming in January.
