The Mike Wieringo Comic Book Industry Awards is an annual celebration of the creativity, skill and fun of comics. While the 2023 Ringo Nominees were determined by fans and pros alike, voting on the 2023 Final Ballot is restricted to comic book industry creative community — anyone involved in and credited with creating comics professionally.
The sixth annual awards will return as part of The Baltimore Comic-Con. Top honors will be announced Saturday, September 9, 2023.
This year’s nominees feature a few previous guests of the Capes and Tights Podcast including Justin Birch. Some of our previous guests have been nominated via an anthology including Travis Gibb, Rich Douek, Jonathan Hedrick, Liana Kangas, and Alex Moore.
