The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special from Marvel Studios may have just been leaked, along with the streaming premiere date.
In the leaked trailer the Guardians travel to Earth for the Christmas season to cheer up Star-Lord by kidnapping the legendary Kevin Bacon. Of course, this will not go over well.
The Marvel Studios’ Special Presentation Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special was created, written, and directed by James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy, Peacemaker) for Disney+ based on character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The special will be the final part of Phase 4 of the MCU and share continuity with the rest of the movies and series.
Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, and Sean Gunn will star, reprising their roles from the film series. Bacon will portray a fictionalized version of himself and will see Maria Bakalova‘s Cosmo The Space Dog as given away by the leaked trailer.
At the end of the leaked Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special trailer we can see the streaming date of November 25, 2022. Just in-time for the Christmas Season!
This is the second Marvel Studios’ Special Presentation following the successful Werewolf By Night.
Not sure how long the trailer will stay live on YouTube as it will likely be taken down by Disney.
